Update - still waiting and it's multiple bitcoins that I'm waiting on (so obviously the hot wallet won't cover it). Also, I am/was an investor so it's a legit withdrawal.

Is he fully recovered from his previous health issue or he is still having some problem with his health so he cant manage his casino as what he should.
Once you are able to withdraw when the hot wallet is refilled, I think it is better if you withdraw all your remaining balance.
If you have some invested money, better to withdraw it as well and you may invest it back once you feel that everything back to normal in Bitvest.
