I do hope that the OP won't stop liking the bitcoin when it comes to the point that it will hit another all-time low or will be challenged again with some issues and other matter that is related to bitcoin's darkest moments. On the other hand, it's also not that hard to like bitcoin because of what it brought to us, and time will come that it will be more known globally and touch people's lives.

You can say that the 2008 financial collapse necessitated the creation of bitcoin by Satoshi and not otherwise. Bitcoin was created by Satoshi not group of hackers or software people.
We can't possibly verify that information if indeed Satoshi had a group that aims to hack the financial world, we don't even know if there was a group of people behind the name Satoshi Nakamoto or if it's he/she, no, we don't have that kind of information. What we just know is that Satoshi created bitcoin after the said financial recession.
