Hi guys I think I might have heart Attack cause when I buy Bitcoin it goes to lows and when I sell Bitcoin it goes higher and today I sold my all Bitcoin earnings that were 200 dollars and than. BITCOIN starting pumping very hard and that was very very annoying to me. What should I do about this?
You will not do anything about it because the coin is no more in your wallet. You have sold it to another person and exchanged for the money. If coin leave your wallet you will not be having it anymore. I have question for you, do you make profit from the sale ?
First off, how you feel is about this is perfectly normal because this is a new field for you and you are set some unrealistic expectations for yourself. You need to relax. Next you need to build on your emotional intelligence - read about other people's experience, read books on trading for newbies, listen to podcasts, join a trusted bitcoin network. If you do this religiously and not haphazardly you will sooner than later notice that you would have strengthen your capacity to withstand the volatility of the market.
For many bitcoin hodlers it is about profit all the time even during the bear they will expect profit. Reading or watching videos is not the only problem but taking the profit. If a seller take profit for the sell it should be okay with that and not worry to himself about the price increase after that.
