As I don't invest in any new coin or altcoin, except bnb, Ethereum, Ltc, Matic.  So I find it easier to trade in bear market than bull market.  Moreover bear market is the time to invest and for me it is the perfect time to take part in the trade.  So for me bear market is more important than bull market.
