I find it kinda odd that 3 newbie accounts complaining about a site are all replying within a few minutes of each other. Might be something behind that??? Also maybe part of the reason your withdrawals are being delayed? Just speculating but does look fishy.
As far as I know, some of these newbies have not been paid $130 and $50, which is ridiculously low for any bookmaker, so I reject the idea that anyone doesn't want to pay someone. In fact, when the Betnomi staff starts to work more smoothly, I will recommend that all requests be handled through support or email.  In addition, as a licensed casino, they must comply with all the rules required by the regulator and must not disclose any player information in the public'd(such as a link to a transaction, etc.). The reason is that if Betnomi handles requests via Bitcointalk for another six months, their corporate account will turn into a support account and it will be inundated with requests from customers. Some time ago, I shared with Sorsis my vision of how their corporate account should behave: the focus should be on weekly forum contests and dozens of other user events that they will support in the future.

Platforms like Trustpilot and Bitcointalk are becoming more and more prominent, and it's only natural that the reviews are mostly negative. Why? Because you wouldn't write a review about a win. No matter what industry we're in, review sites tend to attract 0.1% of dissatisfied gamers. Here's an example... Cloudbet has hundreds of bitcoins in reserve and there's no chance they're scammers. But just recently they received a dozen negative reviews on Trustpilot and I have no doubt that they were left by the same dissatisfied user. Obviously, dissatisfied players can unilaterally publish anything, since only the player, operator and regulator can know the true version of events.
