If the wallet (like the puzzle 64) is empty you cannot sign new transactions. Zero bitcoin means zero transactions available. needs explanation what is the next step after found private key?

If you are lucky and you find a privkey with bitcoins inside you can use a wallet like Exodus (there are tutorials online how to importing a paper wallet).
