If I was asked to trust your words over a brand new account (knowing it's very possible that someone is indeed cheating and trying to take advantage of the openness we show on the forum), I would trust your words. But this is not the right way to handle a case where you literally leaving everything to the hand of a 3rd party. All you did is asked to trust your reputation in the business. No one knows openly (at least in this discussion) who this third party is
Take stand against the fraud obviously but in this process the way you handled this case may not work in the future. If cases like this comes up regular basis and every time you claim that it's a 3rd party handling it then maybe some day you will start losing your credibility.
We always appreciate a new perspective from someone who is able to look at things rationally. As mentioned, there were hundreds of abusive accounts, but the only ones who did not receive their winnings or deposit were the clear multiple accounts, who had already been warned. Regarding the mediator, it was someone who was freely chosen by the OP. We will gladly provide more info about who it is and the result, once the case is concluded. We aren't sure if you are implying that there is no third party mediator, but it would make no sense for us to lie about that. Obviously it looks better for us if he didn't contact anyone, because then he would clearly be guilty. He just chose to avoid your question about the 3rd party mediator, because it is going to look bad for him when he loses. Everything he has posted is just to manipulate the audience. We are just saying what is happening. If needed, we can prove that there a 3rd party mediator was contacted and we have replied with the details.
