I have created a new account on Sportsbet, and instantly completed KYC verfication. Then I deposited around $50, and wanted to use the website. However, I could not place any bets. Apparently, my account got flagged.
I was approached to complete another 3rd party verification which I have immediately completed.
The support asked me a couple of questions, and I answered genuinely and quickly.

It has been more than a week, and the support of Sportsbet.io just keeps on ignoring me. I have written numerous emails, and tried to contact them in many ways without any result.

This is a very sad and disappointing experience. I have always thought highly of the site. If they would do something shady, that would be one thing, but ignoring your customers is next level.

Paradoxically, I got messaged by one of their people responsible for promotion with a deal about advertising Sportsbet on social media, and other channels.
That seems to me as an absolute joke. I feel like I got scammed for literally $50 that I deposited and did not wager, and then they want me to recommend them. I am shocked, I have never seen this before.
