I don't know if replacing the control board with a different unit model is compatible. So I'm not sure if the logs are right after you switch to the 1246 control board.
About the FMS tool, there is another version of this tool that has an aging button you need to download it again here

Some people solve their case by using aging button it is just a calibration and let's hope that it will work.
Ok, i just found it, its v2.3.3, the third one on the list. Gonna put the control board back in and test this out, what exactly does this aging feature do? would it be relevant if i already used the beta upgrade tool? thanks again
Hey, think i just found out the guy replaced it with the wrong control board. A lot of control boards are advertised as replacement for 1166 and 1246 , however it is the chipset that makes the difference. this unit has the a3200 chip and i can tell he swapped the board out because it did not have the avalon sticker on the screw. looks like he replaced with the board for chipset a3201 not a3200. ill update when i fix it
