Trust wallet is developed by Binance so I can tell you it's safe, it's a closed-source non-custodial wallet. Some people don't like using closed-source wallets but I find it no big deal. I have been using it for a long time and have not had any problems. Many people get hacked because of how they use it, not Trust wallet's fault. Install and use Trust wallet on a device for transaction purposes only and not for any other use, you will be able to keep it more secure.
