Seems this recent N-factor made Ultracoin much more difficult to mine for many people. (especially the RAM requirement)
Heavycoin is very 750 Ti friendly last time I checked. You can get around 12-13Mh/s. Worth checking out for you maybe.
With Cudaminer?
My notebook 660M gives me now only 7Kh/s with cudaminer.
