Arsenal defeated Liverpool 3-2 to win in dramatic manner and retake the top spot in the Premier League. I really admire the team's present attitude, and today I learned that Arsenal is truly focused on winning the Premier League trophy rather than simply trying to finish in the top four of the standings.
This is very important for Arsenal and it is not about they are focusing to win the trophy but it is about their capability to achieve this. With this win, they shown that they are one of strongest clubs in this season and are ready to fight with Manchester City for trophy. It is not easy as we see City are strong and almost unbeatable.
It's really nice for the team that none of the first 11 players sustain an injury yet, especially the players Saka, Partey, Xhaka, or Saliba. If any of these players are sidelined, it could weaken the team's performance, just like what Liverpool is experiencing now that they have given Mane to Bayern Munich. I believe arsenal will surely come out with another three point again in their next match against leeds united.
Their players are young and it is another reason to believe that they would have better body to avoid injuries. Arteta still has to organize plans and use his players wisely to reduce risk and cases of injuries as least as possible.
Arsenal need their best players in a long season because beyond the squad, their substitute players can not compare with Manchester City.
