Monthly bonus isn't guaranteed for everyone there. Because, Stake team has mentioned about some requirements in the previous monthly bonus message. So, some players haven't received the monthly bonus who hasn't meet those requirements. $10k wagering is required to reach the first VIP rank at Stake. You can easily do it by playing the in house games of Stake. Mathematically, it will cost around $100 only.

You want to have $1 reload, simple comment is "do wager more and more" and you may get even bigger bonus. If you do not want to wager more, dont hope to get bigger bonus and enjoy what they give based on your own account level + account activities. If you are lazy to claim it because it is too low amount, it is simply your own right but dont hope to get bigger bonus while you do nothing in the site.
