Is there any relation between Twitter and Bitcoin? Nope.
Is there any relation between rich person spend a lot money and Bitcoin? Nope.

I don't know why you can think Elon Musk bought Twitter will affect Bitcoin price lol, it doesn't make any sense here. If Elon Musk create own marketplace on Twitter and only accept Bitcoin as the payment option, there's a slight affect IMO.
