Bought LINK early when it was just an erc20 token. Kept buying for 25-50 cents because I really liked the team and their whitepaper. Now I am retired in a vacation paradise with beautiful beaches all year. And I never was rich. I had some money before but not a lot.
Its a great project but buying Chainlink now at $7.50 is complete insanity. Putting $1000 or $20000 in ETH is a waste of money too. Even if it goes to $4800 again you only make x3. But what if it crashes to $300 again in this bear market? What if Chainlink goes to $3 or $1?
With projects as Chainlink I am still up x30 now.So thats not so bad. But thats only because I bought it at $0.25. For ETH I was too late so I rather bought Chainlink when it was still just $0.20. Why would anyone buy ETH or Chainlink now? Did you not go to school and never had a math class or why do you buy ETH and Chainlink now? Did you not see all these big projects with great "news" crash hard and fail?
If you buy ChainLINK for $7.50 now, just to make $1m profit you will need to own 50k Chainlink... So you need to invest $375k into ChainLINK to become a Millionaire. This number could go slightly lower, like maybe in the next Bullrun in some years or maybe earlier Chainlink can go to $75. Then you will be a millionaire with $100k invested in Chainlink. But risking $100k is a lot of money.
Just do the math yourself. Lets say you own 100 ChainLINK. They are worth $750 now. What price does 1 Chainlink need to be for you to be financially independent? $500? $1000? $2000? $10000? Its not very likely for 1 Chainlink to be ever worth that.
So if you look at early projects with great fullstack devteams like ModeFI which is a better Chainlink already. They are at a marketcap of under $10m. Chainlink is at $4bn (thats x400. x400 you can make!). So $1000 invested in Modefi could be $400k some day. Even with a lot of luck how much will $1000 invested in Chainlink ever be worth? $10k maybe if you are very lucky?
Its a bit hard to find info on Modefi but they actually are a vetted/known team and they have had the most active github in crypto several times now. They have been working hard in the background but Kucoin and others have already vetted them.Kucoin has vetted many projects and afterwards these projects got on Binance and other exchanges too.
Its a great team just like Chainlink was in its early days.
So if you missed the chance of buying Chainlink early, or ETH early.... Take a look at Modefi. Its a bit hard to find good info on it (thats why its still cheap) so check out these links if you are interested.

Did you never go to school, never had a math class, or do you just love to stay poor and swim with the masses? And never be like the earliest Bitcoin and ETH investors yourself? Their simple secret to success was to trust great projects early before the masses got in. Thats a chance with Modefi right now.
