Because you're going to be an accomplice to a crime since obviously it's not his card but a skimmed one and most likely if you don't move pretty fast the funds will be blocked and your account reported also. If it would not carry any risk don't you think he would have done it himself or ask a friend? But with those risks, you have to make it tempting, so that's where the 60% comes from!
