Also, from your and other gamblers' perspectives, isn't good that you are not allowed to place a single bet of 1000$ as then your risk will be less. You won't lose 1000$ in one go if your bet is wrong, however, limiting it to 10$ is also too low in my point of view.
The more you take risks there is more chance to be successful too. If you place a bet for 5$ then you may lose 5$ only but if you win then you will get the return base on 5$ only. When you will place a bet for 1000$ there will be a chance to lose that 1000$ but if you win then that will be based on 1000$ too.
