There is no monthly claim on 4 October.
It's a pre-monthly claim send to all people on 6 October. Yes, there has some expired claim but as long you can claim in the same month is fine. If you don't get pre-monthly, that's mean you're not qualified (Probably, not reaching the minimum wagering).
The reward is fixed amount, depends on the rank (More higher rank you got, more higher maximum reward you can get).
Sorry, I saw the 6th, my ranking is quite low so it's not that tempting to claim that's why I sometimes ignore it, but I remember that I got claim reloads with a slightly bigger reward. Was it because of the event and I just happened to be lucky?
on the stake site I only play dice, is there a faster way to rank up?
