Now I tried to follow those links again and yes, I was convinced that those links were redirecting to a completely different Twitter profile. I don't know why, but the first time Twitter gave me an error. Twitter is being weird 
It indicates that the user has changed his or her Twitter handle.
The Twitter username at the time of the tweet was @kudosinitchi. It makes no difference as long as the Tweet has not been deleted even if the Twitter username changes, the old url will still take you to the tweet.
I noticed that most users have been avoiding Ban evasion by changing their social media usernames, I tried looking for a means to show the previous username of an account but unfortunately I couldn't get any.
