The red card was giving big pressure to the milan. The penalty is fine but red card may be too much for milan. I do agree with you the mentality from players got affected after red card was happening. That's why there are so many errors happened with milan after tomori got red card.

The penalty was correct but the red card against the former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori was very unjust and really determined the game's winner. Referee Daniel Siebert should be cautioned by UEFA. Chelsea just had a free day because of that red card and I perceive that Milan would have gotten a better result. Oliver Giroud lost their best opportunity when he squandered that free heady inside the box.
