The tweet links posted by kudosinitchi will still redirect you to the original account even with the username has been changed. Also, probably the reason as to why those tweet links doesn't work anymore and shows an error is because the tweets has been deleted.
Looks like he is following this discussion and is trying to cover his tracks as he deleted the post in which he mentions his renamed Twitter account
https://mobile.twitter.com/iamkud0. More specifically, he deleted the post I shared yesterday (and the one that you shared as well few days ago when you initially reported him for ban evasion.
