I also didn't find it very reliable, suspending accounts without warning, in addition to blocking funds, are enough reasons to generate suspicion around the business.

How the hell can a
self-hosted payment processor ban accounts, unless it's not actually self-hosted at all (and they lied about that)?
Maybe they meant the paid version, but then that would be equivalent to scamming the customers.
We have two products, the first is payid19.com, the second is our self-hosted software.
We have banned some of our members using payid19.com for cheating people.
This is something that is included in our terms and that all payment gateways do.
