Usually last season Mohamed Salah impressed many spectators, but his performance this season has decreased, maybe his condition is not good or maybe it is also affected by getting older so that the performance seems to be decreasing, Hopefully at the end of the season there will be a surprise from the Liverpool team.
The thing is, decline in form is somewhat normal with players, and it can be for quite a lot of reasons, there is no exact reason as to why a player is experiencing a dip in form, and in the case of Salah we cannot pinpoint a particular reason why he is not performing at the level we have come to know him for, it could prolly be because the entire team is performing badly, or it is a personal fault of his, but tbh he really has to step up, and this weekend against City is a perfect chance for him to do that.
Having said that, it is going to be difficult, City are in blistering form and Liverpool are not, in previous meetings between the two sides i always envisaged a strong contest, but this time around if i am to make my prediction known, i think City will win comfortably, like they did against Manchester United.
We can see about Mohamed Salah who played less impressively last season like last season is now a little less aggressive and now his agility can always be broken by the opponent so this makes Mohamed Salah even more depressed but Klopp still believes the right wing striker is still filled by him.
Because squad changes can also affect but it's true we can't really say about that but for sure Mohamed Salah is still one of the great strikers.
About next week's match which will be difficult for Liverpool, although many expect Mancity to win I can't believe it will be an easy win for Mancity but I predict it will be tough even though Man City are still in the lead.
