I'm very interested in OP's response to this.
I don't think it's enough evidence for ban evasion though: theoretically, Crypt0S0ul could have seen naim027's 2018 post and used that name for his email, but I don't think that's a very likely scenario.
They're both advertising BitcoinCleanUp.com in their signature now
