Real Madrid hasn't made any changes to their attack this season. They will now surely look for a replacement for Karim Benzema. But I doubt they will find a suitable replacement for Benzema now. Mbappe is a talented young player with potential. But this season he has been involved in many controversies. He is not even able to perform well. Ancelotti does not seem to be interested in taking Mbappe into the team.
I think after last year’s insane performance, it was really hard for them to see the real trouble. Benzema is a great player, but he is aging fast, and one day he will become a bad player and there is really not something that they could do to keep him performing at this level. Which means that they will need to get a brand new striker that would make them much better.
Mbappe is the name, I mean he does want to play for them, so the only thing left right now is to convince PSG, which as we all know is a very very difficult job, but also it will require a ton of money at the same time. If they somehow could manage to do this, then they will be great for at least another 10 years.
