In short: Enrico Rubboli, co-founder of Mintlayer and sole administrator of RBB, the company that collected the money to develop Mintlayer, went completely rogue. Spent money for his new villa, a Porsche car and other. Also tried to corrupt investors with other investor's money (the video-call has been recorded, you can find it in the link above). San Marino (the authority supervising the project) removed RBB from the list of authorized token issuers in the San Marino microstate. Investors are organizing legal actions against RBB and Enrico Rubboli.
