Those guys are the real deal when it comes to building their team and truly you cannot see such as the GSW when it comes to patiently build their team throughout the years. Obviously, this is what most of the NBA teams doing, they're also slowly building their rosters to be championship-material teams but luck doesn't always come to them rather it's just hard for a team to completely build like what the GSW did because the injuries will hunt them and one bad scenario, will ruin everything and mostly they need to start again.
Yeah, there's not so many update transactions on Hornets, only 6 transactions in this season. Unlike the other big team who regularly sign, resigned and traded their players to get the better one. I think they're also doesn't have a huge money to get a good players and the good players wouldn't want to play on where the team isn't big. It's hard to find a good player who want to build from the bottom, so there's no surprise if low tier team keep losing.
