I don't think this player would fit in Bayern's squad, he is more suited to the English style of play and Bayern are currently tossing from side to side due to problems with the lack of a good striker. And besides as you said it will be difficult to convince him to move and most likely money won't influence the deal, Kane is a man of principle
Bayern Munich should need experienced strikers so when they play they will use these players to contribute in order to get a large number of goals as was the case in the past, if they add inexperienced strikers it will keep Bayern Munich hard to win. Hopefully in the transfer market at the beginning of the year Bayern Munich will get very good players and are ready to be attacking players so that Bayern Munich can get another win.
Bayern can get so many options other than harry kane. harry kane is still wanna playing for totenham. Im not sure if he wants move to the another league as he was still playing at the top league. It seems like that bayern is trying so hard to get a good replacement for lewandowski.
