There are still two matches left, but Inter and Barcelona will only play against Bayern Munich and Plzen. That way we will assume that Inter and Barcelona only have a chance to win against Plzen, so in the end Barcelona have no chance to replace Inter in second place because against Bayern Munich they will not win and the best result is a draw. So yes, their current standings can be assumed to be the final position because their position will not change until the end.
