Yes the only way is to go through support team to solve this issue and only through the legit links from the rollbit site and they will give you solution to the problem.I have also gone through them sometimes and as have seen in some cases the technical issues are also solved but with some time.You can also share the problem here but try contacting support first and if you are not satisfied and have valid proofs to support your claim or problem you can share it with us and see what we can help you through.
