In the 3rd T20I England went into bat already Malan was dismissed for 23 runs off 19 balls, returning for zero runs England so far scored 97 runs for 2 wickets after 9.2 overs the weather turned bad and the match was rained out.  12 overs are played
I doubt this match will get completed! Rain is playing a spoil sport. Already the overs have been reduced and now it has again started to rain. I hope such situation doesn't happen in the upcoming T20WC. Australia again had a bad start they have lost 3 wickets for just 30 runs if the match would have continued then I reckon they would have lost more wickets by now.
Rain interruption is worse that changes the outcome of the result. It should not disturb the T20 World Cup. Finally the match have come to an end with no result. Butler has been handed with the trophy. This match could've been a win for Australia, if the match got over.
As expected this match ended with no result. I would have love to see the result but the way it was raining I knew this match would end without any result. Still, this can be assumed as a whitewash by England. As a practice series this defeat might haunt Australian team psychologically.
The team's performance cannot be properly verified in rain-interrupted matches. When the rain started after an innings there was a sense of apprehension among the players. They have to change their style of play depending on the field. Sometimes have to play an aggressive game. But that is annoying for both teams. However, as per the rules, the game was abandoned due to rain. However, the fact that Australia was almost under pressure in this match.
