It's been a long time since I last placed some long-term predictions on your site Future team which is why I am excited to place some outright bets as long as the odds seem favorable for me.
I would not expect too many people get into the mood and start betting this early. (But maybe I don't know.)
I guess some people would want to place outrights and other long-term predictions soon which is why their announcement at this point of time makes sense.
