Nowadays you can always assume that every random site will ask for KYC at some point. I don't believe in sites that say they don't. Or you must have an older site that has lived up to that. What I think is a very bad thing is that the subject of the ANN states that no KYC is requested, but that they then mention in the general terms and conditions that a KYC can be requested. Then you have to be more open and honest with the forum and (potential) customers. In my view, this is misleading what the site is doing now. I would therefore change the subject to bring back credibility.

they should rectify the title thread as based on their terms they can require kyc if they deem necessary. or maybe, state that no kyc for certain period of time while they are starting in this business. but in case of huge winnings, more then likely they will ask the player to submit kyc. what is the likelihood that such situation will happen?
