4. Diversification that has no research behind it is foolish. I had thought that once you diversify you can do wrong, how wrong I was. You always have to diversify making use of research and don't be in a hurry to buy.
Very foolish decision, No matter how busy the portfolio might be if there is no analysis or research it is just same as blind investment or even gambling. Diversification can't limit losses in any way. It takes good research to keep a portfolio on a profit no matter the market condition. Diversification in time past was a tool used to limit loss and it worked well during the bull market when everything was green but now the red is painted all over the market it has become more clear that investors were hiding behind the bulls to make profit.
