It's very interesting when there is a site that doesn't require a kyc like this, because for me some people need privacy, or other reasons not to provide their identity card. Plus the existence of a first deposit bonus, it really attracts the attention of potential new users.
It looks like you haven't been paying attention to the thread. They will request for KYC whenever they feel like under the pretext of "suspicious activity". Well, that's what most casinos do anyway. They won't request for KYC when you sign up and make deposits, but the moment you win huge and try to withdraw, KYC will be requested.

Here you go;
You have so many paragraphs talking about KYC and AML policy on your terms of service - (archived) and Privacy policy - (archived)
snipped..

But the issue is, what is their right to collect KYC when their platform is unregulated?  It is the right thing to not ask for KYC since they don't have the right legally to ask for anyone's information because they can't give an excuse like the authority asking them to.  I agree with decodx that the platform has no right to ask for KYC since they are unregulated by the government.

..
To be honest, this is not the first casino that claim they don't ask for kyc but when you read their ToS you find out that this is not true! I won't say they are trying to deceive their customers but they definitely need to be more precise and clear about such matters. Like saying: kyc is not mandatory but we reserve the right to ask you to verify your identity at any moment if needed.
Personally I have no problem with kyc if it's done to comply with laws. But I've a problem with casinos using it for the wrong purposes like scamming players or delaying payments when they run out of funds..

And in this case, probably the latter will be the reason since the casino isn't complying with the law by not having a license to operate.
