I don't know your reason for wishing that Pep and Antonio should leave England. These two coaches make the English Premier league exciting and interesting. Both of them have a very good relationship with their players and have greatly transformed their teams. Maybe you want them to take up jobs in countries they have never coached to test how versatile they are or if they can achieve success in other leagues. But I am sure that these coaches would overcome new challenges anywhere and can still get good results.
