I think it's not really a theory at this point, the outright truth is that they do not have any other alternative they can hire to make the team better so the only thing they can do is keep him, or just bust it open and lose the season with some interim coach and focus on next season instead. Right now is too early to think about next season so it's not going to really look like it will make any sense to fire him. If he keeps going like this for another 10 games or so, then they may think about it, or by the end of the first half the season if they are still bad then they can fire him, but it is way too early to give up on the season for now.
I'm also not saying what I'm saying is a theory and I'm just responding to the post you cut. There or the quote you cut was said about theory, and also, I already said I don't care about any theory. So it's very unlikely when I don't care about the existing theory, but I make my own theory it seems that is a wrong understanding. Can't understand how long Allegri will have to destroy Juventus until finally Allegri can be sacked. Something that makes me wonder too, this Juventus is so devastated but the management still have no plans to replace him, I'm surprised they still consider this a trivial matter because it looks like they don't have any efforts to solve it immediately.
The "destroy" part is true, he is definitely doing a bad job, but the reality is that we can't really expect the interim head coach to be better, that what they are fearing, and that's what I believe that they are not sacking him right now. Just focus on the fact that Allegri is all they have right and they can't just let him go and not have a plan left.
This means we should not be really expecting them to fire him just yet. Let him destroy as much as they want, and they could end up working with someone better next season, or at least he would have a chance to recover and do better this year, but there isn't any other available manager they could hire to make it better.
