There is some IPTV service providers here on Bitcointalk, I think their prices start from $10 monthly. Though, I haven't tried none of them because I already have provider which works fine for me and it's cheaper. You should try yourself how it will workf for you by taking free test, most providers offer it.
Free IPTV - forget it. One day it might work well, but it can stop working at any moment. And you don't want that it would happen on most interesting part of game.
