If you want to make a passive income then you should first try to acquire a skill that others would be needing. You could also try other ways like taking surveys, faucets but those will later end up being a waste of your time.

It's not against the forum rule to have an alt account you're allowed to have as many alts as you want as long as you're not going against any rule like ban evasion, cheating in Bounties etcetera... I don't know what kind of connection you have with Shoki12 but according to the proof below it seems like it's your alt account.
And I'm quite sure that send merit to your alt account is frowned upon by members of the forum.
