If someone could leave a neutral tag to a user which he suspects and eventually changed email. What's the big deal leaving a neutral tag on a suspected merit abuse post.

The case is so ordinary, the forum has seen hundreds of similar cases before and all of them were punished more severely. Now the forum is going through such a period that all violations are mitigated and not severely punished, but this does not mean that such individuals should not be tagged. I don’t know who can have doubts that these two accounts are most likely the same person or the person who received the merit by prior arrangement.
