Superman might bring a machine gun and just turn spidey into swiss chese, or burn him with a flamethrower
the spidey could do the same
kryptonite isn't a tool, it's a god damn rock
besides he has spidey sense, superman however does not, he's more agile and could easily avoid being hit by superman
