Business is needed to run the Social media. But what you told is true.
The primary focus of the social media entities should be Socializing and next is business

But Everyone wants money. Money is given more priority than Socializing
But I think that Business is a part of Socializing itself. But the problem is that Business is now becoming more dominant in social media. So that our social media veranda is sometimes always filled with business promotions. Even that makes me sometimes interested in the business. so I often exchange ideas with business people on social media. because I think adapting to today's increasingly advanced technology is a necessary thing for everyone. and businesses that thrive on social media are part of the success of business adaptation in this digital era. and knowledge about it can be obtained from socializing on social media by involving yourself in learning the online business itself. it can be concluded that today's social media is more filled with various businesses that continue to grow into the digital world. because business and social are closely related. even in the real world we meet more people for business reasons. Even conversations with friends are now more about business and careers. So that's what's happening on social media now. socialization is more directed to the business sector.
Actually, if you look at the algorithms from social media, things like this, if we really don't like it, it won't be on the homepage, but if you are indeed looking for or continue to look from time to time about this, then what we were looking for before will obviously be the benchmark. because that's how I feel.
This algorithm is almost the same as Youtube when we see a video that discusses something, for example in business, indeed things like this will continue to appear in the initial pop up as well as on Social media because it was designed that way.
