In the previous transfer window, he has an opportunity moving to Man United but he refused it since Barcelona still didn't pay all his salaries. As far as I know, the reason was about the salary, not about Man United not playing in UCL. He must not take another stupid decision to stay in barcelona while he can play in premier league with the big team in EPL. he may need to consider some offers that came for him before. He shall follow what aubameyang did to join with chelsea fc club to be able play in the big league and UCL. He shall become an open minded person. Staying in barcelona will not help him to increase his performance and his price. lol.
