Who pays the transaction fees for redemption and how long do you expect redemptions to take?

I'm not sure how welcome this would be as a service, it's certainly a new way of doing things but presumably funds invested are hoped to be deposited somewhere that'd bear interest for your team too (and pay you) such as dex pools?
