I just noticed something, was this accepted by the participant who applied here in your bounty thread, I'm just asking. because I looked at 3x all the pages here up to 7 pages, I didn't see anything from this @n0nce who posted here his application that he applied to you even though I know that he was indeed selected as qualified. Although there is no problem with me if I am one of those who were not accepted, and it is your right as a manager whom you want to accept, just because of that doesn't it seem unfair to others who submitted their post for their application then you will not choose any of those who applied here, please do not include me because there is no problem with me.
I hope you don't get angry or offended by my question, I just noticed it, but anyway congrats to all who received it.. God bless you all

Thanks for asking. When it comes to marketing, the manager should not take into account the factor of "injustice" he should act solely in the interests of the customer. As a manager, I pay attention to every detail, and I know that the most valuable advertisement is the advertisement placed on the first page of a thread. Members of the ChipMixer campaign most often do not have the habit of posting in mega threads, which is why I prefer this group of people (by reviewing applications and sending out personal invitations).
