I trust Milan to be strong candidate for top 4 but I don't trust Juventus in that. One thing about Milan is when they start doing well they are more consistent unlike Juventus. Juventus was lucky last year when they started doing well in the middle of the season, they maintained it to top4 but I doubt it will repeat this year because the teams are stronger and more determined this season.
Juventus inconsistent performance in this season, sometime win and next match loss, Juventus statistic have many variant with 4 win, 4 draw and 2 loss last ten games in Serie A. Doubt predicting with Juventus can finish on top fourth position standings but this season league different have delay almost one month with World Cup begin at the end November. Everything changed later after World Cup and many team have problem if their player injury at World Cup.
Milan have bigger chance can finish in top fourth standing with 3 points left right now from Napoli, I sure Milan better than Juventus last three season before and actually Milan always have inconsistent performance actually when league almost ended.
Not only the ugliness of Juventus, even Allegri is still being debated because of why Juventus still maintains while his team is in a bad phase, indeed it is still in doubt for Juventus to finish in the top 4 of Serie A but we all know Juventus is now a little different from the previous season. then so I say they can lose to compete between teams who are currently 4 in Serie A.
Not only that, Serie A will now be more competitive and points are not much different before, Inter Milan is also still trying to keep chasing points while Napoli and Atalanta are still consistent as a strong team at this time.
