There might be no direct insurance to protect your stablecoins while staking, I believe some exchanges have their own insurance to protect their exchange and with this, Binance is your best option. I think many also suggest Binance here and that’s the proof that they are secured and prepared enough to cover the possibles losses if hack happened on their platform, I can’t suggest any aside from this.
