Even if this data is totally accurate, who's to say that they wouldn't change their mind? I could almost guarantee a huge majority of people who bought into the bitcoin hype at near all-time highs were also planning on holding. But yet? Most of them panic sold.
Equally valid but given that more and more people are knowledgeable about investing, I think that it's in our best interest to be optimistic with the numbers, 30% in Canadian population is such a big number so even if there's a few that will back out, I think it's still going to make a difference.
