I mean if you are so poor you need to scam people for like 20-50 USD... yeah then i just laugh. you will make alot more for long term trading.
Since you are the one with PayPal = reversible payment system, there's much bigger chance you try to scam for... no matter the amount.
So until the point you build up trust you should really consider using irreversible means of fiat payment (and maybe escrow too).
