THIS SHOULD BE FOR MEMBERS WHO VOTED FOR BLAKE256, BUT WANTED
BLAKE256 WITH POS. THIS IS NOT CHEATING, BECAUSE THE POS ALTERNATIVE WAS POSTED LATE. MEMBERS CAN PM SOOPY IF THEY LIKE, THIS IS NOT CHEATING EITHER.
